His Excellency the President of the University launches the "Yusr" program for the pilgrimage of the university's international students

His Excellency the President of Qassim University, Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Sharikh, launched “Yusr Program” for the Hajj of the university's international students, organized by the Deanship of International Student Affairs, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The launch was attended by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Fahd bin Sulaiman Al-Ahmad, at the main campus in the university city.

His Excellency the President of the University confirmed that this program aims to enable 180 male and female students to perform Hajj this year. It is part of the qualitative services provided by the university to its international students, assisting them in performing the Hajj pilgrimage and offering many facilities to those who have not previously performed this fifth pillar of Islam.

The beneficiaries represent 92 nationalities of international university students. This program targets students expecting to graduate from Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral programs, as well as students who have not previously performed the Hajj pilgrimage.

The program is concerned with facilitating Hajj for international students. It includes a comprehensive system for organizing the performance of rituals and providing accompanying scientific and awareness courses about Hajj, enabling them to perform the pilgrimage correctly in an atmosphere of ease and tranquility.
