Official form for internal transfer requests within Qassim University for faculty members in scientific and health specialties, whether the transfer is from one department to another within the college or from one college to another. The form includes: member's data, current department, requested department, and reasons for the transfer request, as well as the approval of the heads of the two departments and the deans of the two concerned colleges. The Appointments Committee reviews the request in light of the needs of the departments and colleges and the suitability of the member's specialization for the required need. It targets faculty members in scientific and health specialties who wish to change their job location within the university.
