The regulations also clarify the mechanism for submitting the request through the college, submitting it to the secretariat, and referring it to the Academic Affairs Committee for study and recommendation. The regulations also explain the evaluation forms that must be prepared for the completion and finalization of the contract, the financial impact, and target Saudi professors wishing to teach on a part-time basis, the college administrations that submit requests, and the Permanent Academic Affairs Committee.
