His Excellency the President of Qassim University, Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Sharikh, sponsored the «Ata'a» program, organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs, coinciding with International Students' Day and the International Day of Tolerance. The event was attended by Their Excellencies the Vice Presidents of the University, and held in the main lobby at the university city.
The program aims to promote the values of tolerance, highlight the Kingdom's efforts in promoting cultural diversity, attracting international students, and empowering them.
The exhibition included 38 booths with three main tracks: knowledge content about the Kingdom's humanitarian efforts and the development of Saudi education and universities, highlighting student diversity at Qassim University, and the services and care provided to international students, in addition to showcasing successful projects and models by a number of international students and honoring those who excelled.
It is noted that Qassim University hosts approximately two thousand international students representing 92 nationalities. It provides them with an integrated support system that includes academic and counseling services, as well as activities that enhance their educational experience. This contributes to developing their talents and integrating them into Saudi culture, in addition to providing them with the opportunity to participate in various cultural and social events and programs.
