The form includes: the member's data, the detailed sabbatical plan, expected achievement indicators, the timeline, and the host institution if any, in addition to clarifying the expected academic impact and how teaching will be compensated during the absence. The sabbatical plan is an integral part of the form and is reviewed by the Standing Committee for Sabbaticals and Scientific Communication.
