He welcomed all suggestions for development and improvement that will contribute to increasing the efficiency and quality of work and outcomes at the university, which could potentially increase the university's productivity, especially with the approval of the new university system that aligns with the university's aspirations to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

For his part, Dr. Mune' bin Mohammed Al-Mune', the General Supervisor of the Center for Leadership and Capacity Development, explained that the two programs offer several mechanisms of interest to faculty members, including field visits to various sites such as the main university library and some vital facilities, in addition to training on planning and designing for teaching and effective teaching skills, and practical training through scenarios on methods and ways of dealing with students, discussing some educational and learning issues and some problems facing faculty members, as well as discussions about the faculty member's mission and roles.

Al-Mane" emphasized the university's keenness, under the directives of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Dawood, the University President, and the University Agency for Planning, Development, and Quality, on the necessity of holding two programs: one specializing in preparing new faculty members, and the other focusing on developing their capabilities and honing their skills. The Center for Developing Leadership and Capabilities has worked to implement this direction by developing the orientation and preparation programs to encompass the various functional, research, teaching, and community service roles of a faculty member, as evident from the training outcomes and themes of both programs.

[9
447

104
["post-13141","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news","tag-null","sdgs-sdg4
["GET
