• Electronic Preparation Service for College and Scientific Department Council MinutesA service concerned with preparing, unifying, and approving academic council minutes digitally, which contributes to accelerating procedures, enhancing documentation accuracy, and facilitating storage and follow-up. 
• Faculty contract renewal service onlineThis service allows for the submission, review, and approval of contract renewal applications, especially for those whose service exceeds (10) years or who have reached the age of (60) years, in accordance with approved systems and regulations. 
• Service for Requesting Collaboration with Educational Competencies from Outside the UniversityAn electronic service that organizes the procedures for requesting external expertise, ensuring rapid approvals, accurate documentation, and enhancing the efficiency of the educational process. 
• Faculty recruitment serviceIt contributes to organizing and completing contracting procedures, linking them to relevant regulatory approvals to ensure smooth procedures. 
• Faculty Assignment Service Between University Colleges and CampusesFacilitates the delegation procedures between colleges and university campuses, achieving operational flexibility and speed of execution, with clear approval paths.
• “Tam” System for Monitoring Lecture PerformanceAn electronic system aimed at monitoring lecture regularity and measuring their performance, contributing to the improvement of educational process quality through periodic reports and continuous monitoring.
• Enable default parametersA platform that allows faculty and students to access educational programs via cloud services from within or outside the university, enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of using technical resources.
