The Secretariat of the Scientific Council

The main form for academic promotion applications, which faculty members fill out when applying for promotion from their current rank to a higher one. The form includes: the applicant's personal and academic data, current rank and years of service, a detailed list of scientific output submitted for promotion with data for each publication or author, and an indication of areas of academic and community service. The form includes official declarations from the member confirming the accuracy of the submitted data and that it has not been previously published in previous promotion applications, and it is signed by the department head and college dean before being submitted to the Scientific Council secretariat. This form is considered the starting point of the promotion transaction cycle and is used in the initial review of the file. It targets all faculty members who meet the promotion requirements at the university.
